The Villain We Love

The Villain. In every story with a hero comes the villain, always. The only difference now, is that this isn’t a fairy tale, this is real life. Dillon Danis will take on Logan Paul this Saturday in a boxing match. Danis is the villain in this story line and the hero in this storyline is Logan Paul. One of the more anticipated boxing events to happen this year and one of the best combat sports storylines this year will take place this Saturday.

Danis was one of the most hated people in the combat sports world not too long ago. His trash talking and his inactivity was a combo that will create a lot of hate. But this was until he signed up for the fight against Logan Paul. We all thought we would see Logan be the hero and Danis be the villain, but this took a very quick turn. You see we thought Danis would eventually just keep talking and pull out of the fight, but this was not the case. We saw the same trash-talking Danis as we always did and now he has become one of the most entertaining combat sports athletes as of right now. His unbelievably funny trash-talking and his persona is a combo we all need to appreciate. He definitely took notes from his training partner Conor Mcgregor on how to sell a fight. He has turned every hater into a fan and has made his fight vs Paul the “People’s main event.”

Danis has become the Villain we all love now. The odds are stacked against him, but I believe he has gotten into the head of Paul. But who knows. But what we will find out is who comes out victorious. The Villain (Dillon Danis) or The Hero (Logan Paul).
